1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Eonebill mobile application ("App") or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Eonebill Inc. ("Eonebill," "we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

Eonebill is an AI-powered document platform that allows freelancers and small business owners to:

Create and send professional invoices, estimates, contracts, proposals, and receipts
Generate documents using artificial intelligence
Scan and process receipts using OCR technology
Accept client payments through Stripe Connect
Track expenses and business analytics
Earn and redeem credits for platform features

3. Account Registration

3.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts to use Eonebill. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3.2 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
You must promptly update your information if it changes
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

3.3 Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through Profile → Delete Account in the app. Upon deletion, your account and all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

4. Subscription Plans and Payments

4.1 Available Plans

4.2 Free Plan Limitations

The Free plan includes:

30 documents per month (shared across all document types)
Up to 3 clients
Eonebill watermark on documents
All AI features included

4.3 In-App Purchases

Paid subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store In-App Purchases (IAP). By subscribing:

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase
Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription

4.4 Pay-As-You-Go Add-Ons

Single document (any type): $5.99
E-signature: $2.99 per use
5-document pack: $16.99

4.5 Refunds

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted directly to Apple.

4.6 Price Changes

We reserve the right to change subscription prices. We will provide at least 30 days notice before any price changes take effect for existing subscribers.

5. Credits System

5.1 Earning Credits

You may earn credits by completing actions within the app (daily login, creating documents, receiving payments, etc.). Credits are awarded at our discretion and may be modified at any time.

5.2 Using Credits

Credits can be redeemed for document credits, feature access, and other items within the app.

5.3 Credits Terms

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or refunded
Credits expire 12 months after being earned
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the credits program at any time

6. AI Features

6.1 AI-Generated Content

Eonebill uses OpenAI's API to generate document content based on your input. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated content is provided "as-is" and may not be perfectly accurate
You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated documents before sending them to clients
AI-generated contracts and proposals are not legal advice — consult a qualified attorney for legal matters
You retain ownership of documents you create, including AI-generated content

6.2 OCR and Scanning

When you use the receipt scanning feature, images are processed by AI for data extraction. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of extracted data.

7. Stripe Connect and Payments

7.1 Stripe Connect

To receive payments through Eonebill, you must connect a Stripe account. By connecting Stripe, you agree to Stripe's Terms of Service at https://stripe.com/terms.

7.2 Payment Processing

Eonebill does not process or store payment card information
All payment processing is handled directly by Stripe
You are responsible for any taxes applicable to payments you receive
Stripe's standard fees apply to payment processing

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Eonebill to:

Violate any applicable law or regulation
Create fraudulent invoices or documents
Impersonate another person or business
Send spam or unsolicited communications to clients
Attempt to circumvent any security measures
Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of all documents and content you create using Eonebill. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

9.2 Eonebill's IP

The Eonebill app, logo, design, and technology are owned by Eonebill Inc. and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary technology.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EONEBILL DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:

Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy or reliability of AI-generated content
Uninterrupted or error-free operation
Security of your data

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, EONEBILL SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
Damages exceeding the amount you paid to Eonebill in the 12 months preceding the claim

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on liability, so these limitations may not apply to you.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Eonebill, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Service
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Content you create or transmit through the Service

13. Termination

13.1 By You

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting your account in the app.

13.2 By Eonebill

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if:

You violate these Terms
We are required to do so by law
We discontinue the Service

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We will delete your data according to our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

Sending an email to your registered address
Displaying a notice in the app

Your continued use of the Service after changes are effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
