How to send invoices to clients via email from Eonebill

Send Invoice

Once your invoice is ready, send it directly to your client via email through Eonebill.

Send Options

Send directly from Eonebill with one click:

  1. Click Send on your invoice
  2. Review recipient email addresses
  3. Add a personal message (optional)
  4. Click Send Invoice

Your client receives a professional email with a secure payment link.

Generate a public link to share anywhere:

  1. Click Share on your invoice
  2. Copy the generated URL
  3. Share via email, WhatsApp, Slack, or text

Download PDF

Download as a PDF to send manually:

  1. Click Download PDF
  2. Save to your device
  3. Attach to your own email

Email Customization

Customize the email sent to your client:

  • Subject Line — Edit the email subject
  • Body Message — Add a personal note
  • Signature — Your name and title auto-populate
  • Attachments — Optionally attach supporting files

Scheduled Sending

Plan ahead with scheduled delivery:

  1. Create your invoice
  2. Click Schedule Send
  3. Choose date and time
  4. Eonebill delivers automatically

Recurring Invoices

Set up automatic billing for ongoing clients:

  1. Create or open an invoice
  2. Click Make Recurring
  3. Set frequency (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
  4. Eonebill auto-generates and sends invoices
