Getting Started

Do I need a credit card to sign up?

No! You can start with our free plan with no credit card required.

Is there a free trial for Pro features?

Yes — new accounts get 50 free credits to try AI features. No time limit on the free trial.

Can I use Eonebill on mobile?

Yes! Eonebill works on desktop, tablet, and mobile browsers. Our responsive design adapts to any screen size.

Invoices & Payments

How do I accept online payments?

Connect your Stripe account in Settings → Payments. Once connected, all invoices include a secure "Pay Now" button.

What payment methods can clients use?

With Stripe connected, clients can pay via:

  • Credit/Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover)
  • Bank transfers (ACH for US businesses)

Can I invoice in different currencies?

Yes! Eonebill supports 30+ currencies. Set the currency per invoice and Eonebill uses live exchange rates.

How do I handle refunds?

From your invoice dashboard, click Issue Refund on any paid invoice. Refunds process through Stripe automatically.

Pricing & Plans

What happens when I run out of credits?

You can purchase credit packs at any time, or upgrade to Pro for 1,000 monthly credits.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. Your data is retained for 30 days.

Do you offer annual billing?

Yes — annual billing saves 20% vs monthly. Switch to annual in Settings → Billing.

Security & Privacy

Is my data secure?

Yes. Eonebill uses bank-level encryption (AES-256). We never store your Stripe credentials.

Who can see my invoices?

Only you and anyone you explicitly share invoices with. Clients only see the specific invoice you send them.

Do you sell my data?

No. Eonebill never sells or shares your data with third parties.
