Add your logo, colors, and brand identity to Eonebill invoices

Custom Branding

Make every invoice reflect your brand with Eonebill's customization options.

  1. Go to Settings → Branding
  2. Upload your logo (PNG, JPG, or SVG)
  3. Position it on the invoice (header or footer)
  4. Preview changes in real-time

Logo tips:

  • Use a transparent PNG for best results
  • Recommended size: 200×60px
  • Keep file size under 500KB

Brand Colors

Set your primary and accent colors:

  1. Pick your brand's primary color
  2. Choose an accent color for buttons/highlights
  3. Colors apply to invoice borders, headings, and buttons

Custom Fonts

Choose from 20+ Google Fonts for your invoice text:

  • Headings — Pick a distinctive display font
  • Body — Use a clean, readable sans-serif
  • Numbers — Monospace fonts for alignment

Email Branding

Customize payment reminder emails:

  • Custom email subject templates
  • Branded email header
  • Your signature with social links
